BOB LOCKSMITH MORE THAN I BARGAINED FOR.

I needed to secure the garage level to my home that was below my residence.  Since I have owned homes for over 30 years as well as residential and commercial real estate in New York City I know how prices for tradespeople can vary so I routinely call 3 tradespeople for their estimates.

When I called Bob’s Locksmith instead of answering machines or services picking up the phone an actual technician picked up the phone. He made an appointment that day to come to my home and inspect the job. The technician was very patient and understanding. He explained the 3 different options that were available to me. Not only that but I found their prices to be extremely competitive.

I hired Bob’s Locksmith to do my job. The most important thing I can write about was the quality of their installation, it was the best.

It was complex installation of a remote video unit that took 2 full days. The technician that did the job was prompt, neat, courteous and above all trustworthy.
